LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
